I am interested in full-time employment as a Quality Assurance Software Tester.
I have over four years experience as a software tester, defect administrator, and computer consultant, and over 20 years of military service with an excellent record of achievement. I have a proven track record of on-time, in-budget services and deliverables. As a software testing professional, I have performed and managed testing on Windows and Unix-based client/server systems as well as web-based interfaces. I posses a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing procedures, and documentation.
I have been involved in almost all aspects of computing during my career, to include computer management, installation and troubleshooting, security, help desk support, technical documentation, and training. Through this, I have gained the vast knowledge and experience that provides me with excellent organization and problem solving skills. I have over nine years experience as a supervisor and over six years as a manager and have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills.
